Prior to joining MGR Real Estate in 2003, I was self-employed for 26 years.
My first year in the real estate business, my gross sales volume, put me among the company’s top producers. My second year in the business, I was the companies top producer and have held the #1 or #2 position every year since.
My primary specialty is vacant land for development. I work with several developers of single-family homes, multi-family homes, industrial and commercial retail. Land is the most complicated area of commercial real estate since there are so many unknowns. My average land transaction ranges from 9 months to 2 years to complete.
I also have experience in industrial buildings, apartment buildings, retail centers and office buildings.
