Bio
Mr. Owendoff, based in Washington, DC, is primarily responsible for the marketing and sale of retail properties located throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Owendoff joined the firm in November 2019 from HFF where he built and led the DC retail investment sales practice from 2013 to 2019. During that time, Mr. Owendoff was involved in over $3 billion of retail investment sales and capitalizations.
Prior to HFF, Mr. Owendoff was a member of the Cushman & Wakefield loan sales team from 2006 to 2013 where he transacted on more than $6 billion in commercial real estate assets. Before he started his career in real estate, he spent six years as a consultant providing advisory services to numerous Fortune 500 clients.
