John is thrilled to have found Taos and to represent owners, buyers and investors here. In today’s market, John’s wealth of experience in local and international, luxury and resort, and residential and commercial transactions and entitlements brings great benefit and added value to his clients.
Joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Taos real Estate in 2019, John brings his 30+ years’ experience from law, real estate and development to the firm. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas and legal practice in Colorado, John came to New Mexico in 1988 to restructure development properties for the commercial subsidiaries of the Public Service Company of New Mexico in five western states. Other notable domestic and international transactions have ranged from ski and resort properties in Colorado and New Mexico towns like Aspen, Beaver Creek and Santa Fe, to resort developments in Latin America and Alberta, Canada.
