As Managing Director of the firm and head of the Commercial Department, John's particular expertise extends to advising clients on commercial property agency matters (sales and lettings), undertaking lease advisory work (acting for landlords or tenants on rent reviews and lease renewals) and also in guiding clients on their existing holdings, on investment opportunities, planned acquisitions as well as on developments projects. He is experienced in undertaking Red Book Valuations for banks, lending institutions, private individuals, pension funds, Solicitors and the Courts.
