New Age Beverage - 25,000 SF lease for Warehouse/Distribution Space. Metso Minerals - $6 million acquisition of 270,000 SF for re-development. BMC West - Lease of 50,000 SF for Showroom/Manufacturing/Distribution facility. PODS(Portable on Demand Storage) - 35,000 SF lease for Warehouse/Distribution space. Qwest Corporation - 6,500 SF lease on 1.76 acres for Office/Vehicle Maintenance. FedEx - Acquisition/Disposition of 5.7 acres of Industrial Land for trucking terminal.

John works strategically with General Contractors, Land Developers, and the City of Colorado Springs, allowing him to have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the big picture so that he can serve his clients (Landlords, Tenants, Investors and Buyers) on a strategic level. He is currently working towards his SIOR certification. John Rodgers has a CCIM designation in 2007, allowing him to provide superior service to his clients because of his in-depth understanding of financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis. John received his BBA from the University of Oklahoma with emphasis in Marketing. He also served the University as an advisor to the Dean of the Business College and was President of the Marketing Organization, ConnXtions. His international education was completed in Paderno, Italy. He received many awards and scholarships from the University of Oklahoma, including the Pace Award (Top 1% of Student Body), Dennis G. McLaughlin Award ( Top 4 students in the student body), and the R, Boyd Gunning Scholarship. John´s leadership at the University of Oklahoma allowed him to improve relations, recruiting and donations with many companies, including IBM, Hewlett Packard, National Instruments, Accenture, Exxon-Mobil and Conoco. John is very active in the community of Colorado Springs. Below are a few areas that he serves. Leadership Pikes Peak Graduate - Executives in the community that are selected to participate in a one year program that prepare them for involvement and problem solving with major issues, strategic planning and local government in Colorado Springs. Board Member - Colorado Springs Rotary Club - Provides leadership and strategic planning for Colorado Springs Rotary Club. Board Member - Champions - Program provides scholarship and recognition to well rounded students (High Academic Standards, Community involvement, and Athletic Leadership). Marketing Committee - Economic Development Corporation - Assist with strategic planning for Marketing the City of Colorado Springs to attract new companies to Colorado Springs.
