John joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2005 after a 13 year career with The Widewaters Group as their primary leasing agent in Rochester, NY. John graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s degree. John has been an SIOR member since 2009.
John has extensive experience in representing both tenant/buyers and landlords/sellers in various lease/sales transactions throughout upstate New York. Since 2005 he has completed over 800 transactions and 14 million square feet with a leasing/sales volume of over $450 million.
