I am a full time Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with over 20 years experience in Residential and Commercial Sales. While I specialize in the sale of Single and Multi-family homes, I also have experience with Commercial properties to include convenient stores, bar-restaurants, agricultural properties, farms and land.
I have 25 years experience in Property Management. I now offer this service to clients who purchase rental and investment properties who may need assistance with property maintenance, tenant evaluations, and lease agreements. I also have many years of experience with Section 8 Housing and Housing Assistance.
I am currently a member of the GRAR- Greater Rochester Association of Realtors, NYSAR- New York State Association of Realtors, NYSCAR- New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, NAR- National Association of Realtors.
11/2013 - 12/2019. Formerly served on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of Livingston County Habitat for Humanity. I was responsible for future land acquisitions and to assist in marketing of our organization.
Recently married to a wonderful woman, Melina Rolison, Proud father of two children and proud papa of three grandchildren.
My hobbies include riding my motorcycle to raise money for local charities and help the less fortunate. I also donate my time to raise money for the Livingston County Hospice, Theresa House of Geneseo and the Golisano’s Children’s Hospital.
