Having moved to New Hampshire at age 7, John has been involved in Real Estate from a very young age. From running his parents small motel, to purchasing cottages and improving them with his family, real estate has been his passion.
From attending Hampton schools, to attending Plymouth State University, the New Hampshire advantage and way of life has been instilled and adopted fully. Upon graduation in 1985, John chose a different path than most of his peers and opted to work for himself, opening a Real Estate brokerage office in Hampton.
Owners of the area’s most recognizable properties including Yokens , Peavey’s, The Connie Bean, and The Rosa Restaurant, among countless others, to homeowners of all sizes from $70,000 to $7,000,000, have trusted John and have landed him consistently in the Top Ten salespeople in Rockingham County for years. He has been responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in sales, one sale at a time.
John’s strengths have evolved from every conceivable scenario that has confronted him in the representing of Buyers, Sellers, working with attorneys, banks, mortgage companies and all parties involved with the deal. John’s unparalleled knowledge in financial issues, negotiation skills, unseen potential problems, and creativity are the attributes that separate John from others in the industry.
Having lived in the immediate seacoast within sight and sound of the water for over four decades, John has love for the area, and for his four grown children, who thrived growing up here. Involvement in all aspects of their sports including coaching football and basketball, to rooting for lacrosse and soccer has made him a very proud father.
