John C. Shelly is a Senior Director in the Brokerage Services Group with over 24 years of experience representing clients in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. Mr. Shelly has provided a broad range of services to his clients including; acquisition, disposition, lease transaction (lease restructuring and extensions, lease expansions and lease audits) and tenant representation.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Shelly was a Senior Vice President at the Trammell Crow Company. While at Trammell Crow, Mr. Shelly helped to win major tenant representation assignments with State Farm Insurance Companies, SCA North America, Micron Technologies and Colorcon.
