John Simpson is the managing broker for SugarOak Realty’s Atlanta Office and oversees the leasing of SugarOak’s Atlanta portfolio and the leasing of third party client assets. His focus is on retaining existing tenants and conducting successful negotiations with potential new tenants. Having joined SugarOak in 2012, Mr. Simpson is customer service and detail-oriented and focuses on understanding clients’ unique needs to yield great returns for property owners and tenants alike. Mr. Simpson graduated with honors from Hampden-Sydney College, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
