John Smith’s primary focus is Tenant Representation in the greater San Diego/Northern Baja California border areas of South San Diego County and extending into Tijuana, Tecate, Rosarito Beach and Mexicali on the Mexico side. His bilingual skills have also served his clients well on numerous assignments in the Bajio region of central Mexico.
He participated in marketing for sale a Mexico-based multimarket portfolio of mixed use development sites. In addition, he has also been involved in the sale of a 13-property retail portfolio for Kimco in north central Mexico, as well as the separate sale of regional and power centers for PREI and Hines in the cities of Hermosillo, Tijuana and Mexico City.
Other substantial assignments have included assisting in the establishment of clients’ major distribution centers in Atlanta and Los Angeles.
