John Spafford recently joined CBRE bringing over 30 years of experience In the Houston real estate market. He Is responsible for leasing some of Houston's most prestigious office projects Including the 1.25 million square foot TC Energy Center downtown and the 1.1 million square foot Marathon Oil Tower in the Galleria area. Prior to CBRE, John served as Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing for the Houston office of Madison Marquette where John was responsible for overseeing a team of professionals and a portfolio of office space exceeding 12 million square feet In the Houston area.
John is a veteran in leasing office projects across all submarkets in the Houston area. His tremendous knowledge and outstanding client and broker relationships have been Instrumental In his established successes in representing landlords In the Houston market. John's experience leasing new construction as well as established office product allows him to bring an owner's perspective to each assignment with the goal of understanding the client objectives for the project and Implementing an approach that will maximize value.
