I have enjoyed every stop along the way in my 38 year commercial real estate career. Fortunately, taking the “we” not “I” approach, every stop was successful not only for me but for many of my associates. Most recently, I was part of an effort to turn Reece Commercial Real Estate from a resi-mercial company into a legitimate commercial real estate company in 5 years. Mission accomplished! I’m now looking for what’s next in my career. I have extensive experience both as a top produc-ing broker and a highly successful sales manager/sales management executive. My forte has always been assisting agents achieve their full potential through real life training and mentoring; With my vast experi-ence I bring creative solutions to difficult transaction issues; I have a great grasp of CRE technology on the market today resulting in the smart deployment of marketing platforms, and maximizing exposure/clicks; I’m excellent at developing strategies to increase both agent and company gross commission income; Knowledgeable industry expert.
SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS
Representing and assisting Sprint in the identification and purchase of their 250 acre, 4 million square foot campus.
Representing Burns and McDonnell in the acquisition and purchase of their one-half million square foot world headquarters.
As real estate adviser to the City of Riverside, MO, overseeing the evaluation, market forecasting and land planning of a 1,000 acre, 10+million square foot Riverside Horizons mixed use project.
As adviser to the real estate developer, overseeing the development visioning and planning for the Lenexa City Center mixed-use development 1.0.
Over the course of my career, I have negotiated well over 1,000 real estate transactions valued at more than one billion dollars in transaction value in all areas of the commercial real estate industry.
