Since being recruited to InSite from his law practice in 1999, John has specialized in office and industrial project leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions of multi-tenant properties, asset management, single-tenant user building sales, and tenant/buyer representation involving office, industrial and land product types. To date, John has been directly responsible for the successful negotiating and closing of over 1,000 transactions, which led to him being honored by the Houston Business Journal with the prestigious Commercial Real Estate “Heavy Hitter” award on multiple occasions. More recently, John has become an integral member of Insite’s development team with a focus on marketing and actively pursuing additional development opportunities.
