With extensive market knowledge and retail expertise in the West Coast region and Hawaii with regional malls, lifestyle centers, and specialty projects, John Stevens specializes in retail leasing strategy and development.
Mr. Stevens brings over 33 years of experience in the retail real estate industry with expertise in leasing and development and has built outstanding relationships with a wide variety of retailers. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Stevens worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, Brookfield/General Growth Properties, the Yarmouth Group and Homart in states across the western U.S. including California, Oregon, Hawaii, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Washington, and Texas.
He holds a CRRP designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he is an active, long-term member. He also holds real estate licenses in California, Oregon, and Hawaii.
