John J. Stewart is an associate broker in Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office where he develops, analyzes and executes building sales transactions for private, corporate, family office and institutional clients across Manhattan. Since joining the firm in 2005, John has closed over a half a billion dollars of building sales transactions. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, John grew up in Manhattan and graduated from Washington and Lee University
John grew up on the Upper East Side and lives in the West Village. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University. His personal interests are tennis, squash, golf and philanthropy.
