As a full time, real estate investor, certified mortgage advisor and broker, John began his investing career in San Diego, California. He has since completed hundreds of real estate transactions and continues to hold over 20 properties in his personal portfolio. In addition to his personal investing successes, John is also well known as an investing coach and mentor for his clients and for new and seasoned real estate investors. He continues to help investors leverage their time and resources to make the most of their investing decisions.
John served as an accountant at several large firms in San Diego before his entrepreneurial spirit led him to open his own business in the very competitive food industry. In a market where over 90% of businesses fail, John not only succeeded but also helped several of his employees and business associates start up their own businesses. He eventually sold his enterprise to focus entirely on growing his real estate career.
