I am a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser active in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwestern United states. I am certified in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia, New York, Florida, and Kentucky. I have experience with most property types, specializing in residential land development, multifamily housing (market rate, affordable and subsidized), industrial facilities and vacant land. Clients include lending institutions, mortgage bankers, development companies, law firms, corporations and private individuals.
In addition to my professional work, I have been active in the leadership of ULI Pittsburgh since 2004, am on the ULI Residential Neighborhood Development Council, Gold Flight, and am a competitive rower at Three Rivers Rowing.
