Throughout my life, I have encountered multiple problems that I had to figure out solutions, surpass expectations, and redevelop new goals that were achieved. Being a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, this is a daily routine that I demand out of myself. Putting my clients first and making sure that every solution has been addressed not only has helped myself grow within my career but also strengthen relationships throughout Western New York. My expertise is shared between commercial and residential real estate. My proficiency and knowledge for commercial real estate market growths, property comparables, and database research have benefited my clients in finding and or selling/leasing their properties. Residential properties require a slightly different approach where I personally take the time to understand and investigate every listing comparable to my client's specific needs.
