John R. Wertz, the Founder and Managing Principal of Wertz REIS, has been consistently recognized as one of the nation’s top real estate investment brokers. With 15 years under his belt in the industry, Mr. Wertz has closed over 300 net lease transactions throughout 43 states totaling more than $1B. Prior to forming Wertz Real Estate Investment Services, he was a top producing broker at a large international brokerage firm.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wertz has specialized in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant net leased properties across the United States. His advisory services include dispositions, portfolio management, 1031 exchange, and placing private capital into net leased investments. Mr. Wertz’s product specialization includes built-to-suit projects, sale-leasebacks, and portfolio dispositions. He has cultivated long-term relationships with private investors, multi-tenant retail developers, preferred developers, tenants, institutions, and brokers nationwide.
