John Young is a Principal at Strategic Real Estate Partners, primarily focused on the sourcing and execution of industrial development opportunities for the firm. John’s responsibilities include procuring new business, site selection, financial analysis, contract negotiation, due diligence, and construction management.
Prior to joining Strategic, John was at Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate services firm. While at Stream, John executed 3.6 million SF of tenant improvements, capital improvements, and redevelopment for institutional clients which totaled over $55 million. In addition, John was instrumental in delivering the company’s first ground-up industrial development in the Atlanta market, a 280,000 SF Class-A distribution center.
