Jon Basinger started Basinger Commercial Real Estate after a 20 year partnership and co owner of McShaneBasinger Real Estate. My focus is on C Stores and related industries, retail development, liquor stores, land and fast food/restaurants. Basinger Commercial Real Estate (BCRE) represents and markets such branded properties such as Chevron, BP, Amoco, Texaco, Shell, Citgo, Exxon, Marathon, and independents. While focused in the Greater Metro Atlanta SMSA, I cover all of Georgia, North Carolina and Florida. My business has been established on the philosophy of finding buyers for sellers and marketing properties that bring a substantial return to the investor.
