Capitalizing on innovation requires prioritizing a strategy-led approach that is biased toward action and adaptable to ever-changing market conditions. As Director of Global Corporate Development, Jon leads cross-functional, agile teams to shape and execute JLL's strategic and transformation vision through M&A, joint ventures, growth investments, tactical opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Jon partners with JLL's global leadership across capital markets, LaSalle Investment Management, leasing, and property management business lines to drive outsized impact resulting in increased shareholder value and unparalleled competitive advantages for the firm. Further, he advises JLL's largest real estate investment management and occupier clients on technology and innovation strategy.
Prior, Jon was an original member of JLL Spark, JLL's global corporate venture fund, where he developed and executed a thematic investment strategy to drive innovation for JLL and its clients. Given my genuine and intrinsic interest in the confluence of real estate and technology, he regularly guest lectures and participates in industry panels, and welcome connecting with those interested in or active in the space.
