Jon has been operating in the Central London Agency market for over ten years and has built up an extensive knowledge of the City Fringe and East London markets during this time. Jon’s focus has been on office and retail freehold and leasehold disposals. In addition to this, he has successfully represented a range of office occupiers in acquiring suitable premises.
Jon has been with Strettons since 2012 during which time he built up a strong and varied client base acting for a range of Investors, Developers, Local Authorities and Occupiers including Aitch Group, Boultbee Brooks Real Estate, HDG, L&Q, City of London, London Borough of Hackney, Scape Student Living and Shelter. In addition, Jon regularly acts for a variety of smaller/niche property investors and family trusts.
