I have sold investment properties of all types (ie. industrial, commercial, multi-family residential) in the Lower Mainland and Whistler, B.C. I have been involved in the acquisition of multi-family development sites for numerous developers as well as commercial office sales & leasing.
In 1973, I joined Wolstencroft Realty Inc. (purchased by NAI Goddard & Smith in 1988) in the property management division and started in commercial real estate brokerage in 1976. Originally starting in the industrial leasing & sales, and gravitating to commercial sales & leasing at present.
