Jon Paley, President of Paley Commercial Real Estate, began his career with one of Los Angeles' most prominent commercial real estate firms and became their top agent. After more than a decade with the company, Jon branched out on his own and focus on the San Fernando Valley.
For over the past 35 years, Jon has been one of the area’s most successful Brokers. His extensive experience ranges from assisting newly established businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He works equally well when dealing with major Landlords to Owners of only one property, or modest retail stores to large office space and warehouse distribution centers. Jon strives to provide the highest quality of service by carefully taking the time to understand each customer’s needs and objectives in every transaction, whether large or small, knowing each is of identical importance.
The vast network and knowledge Jon possesses allows him to assist an array of clients looking to acquire investment property, locate up legs for time-sensitive 1031-Exchanges, purchase owner-user buildings, procure land for retail and multi-family development, as well as the leasing of office, triple net, and multi-tenant industrial properties.
Jon is a Los Angeles native, having been born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. He is a graduate of Taft High School in Woodland Hills and attended U.C.L.A. on a tennis scholarship where he achieved All-American status during his freshman year. After an injury forced him to retire, Jon transferred to California State University Northridge and earned his Bachelor of Arts.
Always active in his community, Jon has participated in various Chambers of Commerce, and has served on the Board of Directors of both the Girl Scouts and YMCA.
