Jon Schultz has earned the title of Senior Vice President and has over 40 years of experience as a Retail Services professional at CBRE. Jon and the entire Retail Services team are dedicated to providing their clients with the highest level of service, market knowledge, experience, teamwork, and professionalism. During his career, Jon has completed over 2,900 lease and sale transactions, with total lease and sale consideration of over $6.3 billion. Jon and his partners were responsible for over $128.5 million in total lease and sale consideration in 2019. Jon is currently the Northwest Director for the CBRE Retail Tenant Services Group. Jon has represented over 115 chain retailers in site acquisition/disposition
