Specializing in premium advisory, acquisition/disposition, and NNN retail pre-sale development brokerage services. Selznick NNN Investments goes beyond the usual brokerage job description, by providing services traditionally viewed as outside the scope of a standard real estate broker's practice. Our philosophy is that no two properties are the same. We excel in advisory services to help clients achieve their stated business objectives, which include long-term planning, creative deal structure, target buyer profiling/marketing, and analysis- ultimately solving problems that most others cannot, and delivering superior execution/results. It is for the reasons above that much of our business is generated via referrals and long-term repeat clients.
Education
Mr. Selznick earned his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance at San Diego State University and received his M.B.A with an emphasis in International Business from the Argyros School of Business and Econ. at Chapman University
