Bio
Based in Austin, Jon specializes in agency leasing and tenant representation for JLL Retail. He is responsible for helping retailers identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization. He also helps tenants strategize multi-unit expansions throughout Central Texas and nationally. Jon has strong knowledge of marketing, development and negotiations to better assist clients on achieving their overall asset goals through the implementation and execution of a strategic leasing plan. Prior to joining JLL, Jon worked as an Associate with SRS Real Estate Partners. He was responsible for implementing marketing strategies for retail listings, initiating and qualifying prospects for leasing opportunities, and generating new business. He was actively involved in development, marketing and leasing, as well as site selection and strategy implementation. Jon graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing. He is on the advisory council of RBI Austin, an affiliate of Major League Baseball’s Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities program where he leads fundraising efforts and assists the youth camp through training and event organization. He is a former professional baseball player having been a part of the New York Mets, Boston Red Sox and Tampa Bay Devil Rays organizations.
