Jon Teel joined CBRE in 2016 as an investment sales advisor and co-founder of CBRE’s Silicon Valley Multifamily Investment Properties Group along Jefrey Henderson.
Jon’s investment sales experience has been responsible for closing over $1.2 billion worth of property sales specializing in apartment and residential land transactions. He has extensive experience underwriting and marketing multifamily assets and complex land development opportunities. During his tenure with CBRE, Jon has sold 6,100+ existing and developable multifamily units.
A Bay Area native, Jon played varsity tennis at Los Gatos High School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Santa Clara University. Jon is an active member of the Santa Clara University Alumni Association, the San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR), and the Urban Land Institute.
