Jon Wheless serves as a First Vice President with Austin Occupier Services for CBRE, where he focuses on providing advisory and transactional services to office occupiers. Mr. Wheless joined CBRE in 2021. He is a leader in the Austin commercial real estate community with more than 12 years of experience working with a range of tenants from local e-commerce, technology and gaming companies to established global brands. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Wheless spent his entire career at AQUILA Commercial, where he started as one of the firm’s first interns and rose to the level of Principal and also managed the Corporate Services platform. During his career, he has completed more than 150 assignments on behalf of his clients.
