Bio
A results-oriented, value-driven commercial real estate broker and business lawyer with significant domestic and international business experience. Commercial real estate practice focused on assisting large multi-national corporations as well as medium and small technology and professional companies with their real estate needs. Jonathan specializes in complex domestic and international real estate transactions while providing his clients with strategic analysis and insight as part of his account management, negotiation and tenant representation services. Prior to joining Fischer & Company, Mr. Bonime served in positions of increasing responsibility with Dresser Industries, Inc.; was Vice President and General Counsel for Glitsch International, Inc., a subsidiary of Foster Wheeler Corporation; International Counsel for Allegheny Technologies, Incorporated; Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for iGATE Corporation; and Managing Director - Law and Communications for ANH Refractories Company. Jonathan began his career as a litigator with the firm of Meyer, Unkovic and Scott. He is a frequent lecturer on various domestic and international legal issues, was an Instructor at Southern Methodist University, and an arbitrator for both the New York Stock Exchange and the American Arbitration Association. Member, Society of Fellows - Culinary Institute of America.
