Jonathan joined Chartwell in January 2008. As Chief Investment Officer and Chief Legal Officer, Jonathan is responsible for Chartwell's real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, development, and real estate financing in joint ventures and corporate finance transactions, as well as on legal issues arising out of Chartwell’s operations.
