Jonathan Cameron-Hayes has been involved in real estate in the United States since 1983. Initially, as president of Terra Properties, he provided services to European based, high net worth individuals and institutions who owned a large portfolio of mixed use assets primarily in Florida. In 1995 as a Managing Partner he began to assemble a significant portfolio of large office buildings located in the Southeast United States, which grew to over 2 million square feet of assets. These transactions were financed by private equity and Wall Street lenders. As CEO of the Calidus platform, Jonathan directs a motivated team through his experience and financial connections, which has resulted in Calidus' rapid growth into multiple real estate investments. He was educated in the United Kingdom and holds a Masters degree in Economics and Politics from York University. Jonathan retired after ten years from the British Army with the rank of Major and then relocated to Palm Beach. He currently lives in Wellington, Florida. His interests include equestrian activities and tennis and he is involved with numerous local charitable causes.
