Jonathan Dezzutti is a Senior Transaction Manager on Jacob Bobek & Scott Steuber’s team in Los Angeles. He specializes in global transaction management, tenant representation, lease and financial analysis, and portfolio strategy and process.
Managing global real estate portfolios totaling over 500 locations and 9 million square feet, Jonathan works with tenants in a variety of industries, including technology, e-commerce, entertainment, media, legal, and other professional services. Jonathan also utilizes his own market expertise in Southern California to specialize in tenant representation focused in the Greater Los Angeles market.
Jonathan, a Los Angeles native, graduated from USC’s Marshall School of Business. Prior to joining CBRE, Jonathan worked in New York City where he advised office tenants and landlords on commercial real estate transactions. In this role, he also led listings for ten office buildings in Manhattan and Long Island City. Jonathan’s experience with a wide variety of tenants, landlords, asset types and global markets allows him to bring a unique perspective to his clients and assignments.
Outside the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family & friends, enjoying good food, traveling, and cheering on the Lakers and USC Trojans!
