Jon Glass joined the firm in 2007 as a financial analyst and quickly expanded his role to become a lead advisor in the DC office. When asked about Jon, clients most often comment on his responsiveness, his enthusiasm to roll up his sleeves no matter the challenge and his passion for servicing tenants. Not known to adhere to strict corporate guidelines and cookie-cutter strategies, Jon implements creative financial engineering and negotiating strategy to position his clients effectively in the marketplace.
