On the leasing side, he assists clients with their relocation, expansion, contraction and renewal negotiations. On the investment side, he is actively sourcing private capital groups and helps facilitate a systematic process for the acquisition or disposition of income producing properties. His background in leasing, as well as understanding the market dynamics of real estate, enables him to help clients stay ahead of the curve.
