Jonathan Krivine is a Director in Avison Young’s New York City office.
Since Krivine’s start in the real estate industry more than 25 years ago, he has built a reputation of the utmost integrity and diligence among both retail landlords and tenants.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Krivine spent 12 years at Newmark, where he represented tenants including Heartland Brewery, Kindercare, Kauffmann de Suisse, Daum, Grom, Astoria Bier, Learning Experience, 2 beans and DaDong.
In addition to tenant representation, his landlord agency assignments have included The Stahl Organization, Gural Real Estate, Realist Holdings Corporation as well as individual retail investors and numerous co-op/condominium boards. Before Newmark, Krivine spent 15 years at Garrick-Aug Store Leasing.
Krivine earned a Bachelors degree in English Literature from Boston University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
