Bio
Jonathan comes from a diverse background in the real estate and economic development fields. He previously worked for the City of Avondale, AZ as well as CAM Properties as a Regional Supervisor for multifamily units.
Jonathan has been with SVN since 2014, concentrating on office and industrial sales and leasing. In the short time, Jonathan has been working at SVN, he has closed more than 9,000,000 square feet in both lease and sales transactions. Although much of Jonathan’s focus is along the I-17 corridor and west valley, he has also sold buildings and represented property owners in Scottsdale, Mesa, and Gilbert.
Two of Jonathan’s more notable transactions in the past year (2018) occurred in the west valley. He sold more than 8,000,000 square feet of land in Tonopah, AZ along with a 10,000 SF office building in Surprise. Both transactions equated to more than $2,500,000 respectively. Additionally, towards the end of 2018, Jonathan, along with a colleague, brokered a 12,000 square foot 11 lease agreement at Foothills Center in Phoenix, in which he represented the Landlord. In 2017 and 2018 he received the Centurion Award, grossing over $100,000 in annual revenue for the company in each of those respective years.
Additionally, Jonathan has established many relationships with property owners in the Phoenix, and West Valley markets, while maintaining a balance on both the sales and leasing sides of the business. Jonathan is an active member of the NAIOP Developing Leader Program and was recently appointed as a member of the NAIOP National Forum, which is a two-year program that meets semi-annually across the country. He often volunteers for numerous NAIOP and other business networking events throughout the year.
