He earned his Real Estate License in 2015. Since then, he has continued to enhance his understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. As a long-time resident of Jacksonville, he sells residential and commercial real estate in the Southside, Beaches, Ponte Vedra, and surrounding areas. He has also received multiple awards from his career as a restaurant owner/manager with Sonic Drive-In, including sales increases, the lowest cost of doing business in three different categories, and an award for turning a restaurant around from being unprofitable to being one of the highest profiting stores out of almost 40 in the franchise in one year.
Having lived in many parts of the world, such as Egypt on a 6-month deployment, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, and Florida, he has a strong ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and understand the needs and concerns of relocating clients.
He is a member of the Local, State, and National Association of REALTORS (NEFAR, FAR, NAR), in addition to the North East Florida Multiple Listing Service. He feels that being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations; he believes REALTORS should be involved in their communities as well. He has served his community in many capacities, from helping with local school fundraisers to organizing fundraisers for children with cancer in his local community. In his free time, he enjoys camping, fishing, cooking BBQ, and entertaining.
