Jonathan Mitchell has over twenty two years experience in the commercial real estate industry, focusing primarily in Tenant Representation and specializing in market expertise and financial analysis. Prior to co-founding Key Commercial Real Estate Advisors, he served as Associate Director for Julien J. Studley, Inc.,a nationally recognized commercial real estate advisory firm with a specific focus on Tenant Representation.Throughout his real estate career, Jonathan has participated in well over one hundred (100) lease transactions, totaling in excess of one million (1,000,000) square feet. It has been through this transaction experience that Jonathan has developed his market expertise, particularly in the Philadelphia CBD and the Suburban office markets. In addition, in functioning of the lead financial analyst in many transactions over the years, Jonathan has developed customized financial models that have been the catalyst in creating solutions in challenging commercial real estate transactions. Jonathan is experienced at managing complex and highly technical projects and is committed to reaching outcomes that respond directly to the needs of each individual client he serves.
