Jon Rawson is a multi-family apartment specialist who focuses on 2-4 unit residential income properties, and 5-30 unit apartment building transactions throughout Los Angeles County.
Jon joins Avenue Realty Group/ARG Commercial as the Vice President of Multi Family Transactions after a stellar 6-year career with The Ensbury Group/Keller Williams Commercial. Since beginning his real estate career in early 2016, Jon has closed approximately $55M in total sales volume, exceeding over 250+ units in total. Jon was rewarded with the “Quadruple Platinum Agent” award in 2017, and the “Millionaire Real Estate Agent” award in 2018 and 2019 by Gary Keller from Keller Williams Commercial for his outstanding sales performances.
Jon prides himself on bringing his market knowledge, passion, expertise, and tireless work ethic to benefit his clients when helping them buy, sell, and complete 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. Coming from a family with a real estate construction background, Jon understands the value-add component to apartment buildings and how to guide his clients in the right direction to achieve their end goal of market rent stabilization. In addition to multi-family apartment building transactions, Jon has helped clients exchange their multi-family properties into high cash flow & no management assets such as Single Tenant NNN leased properties and Delaware Statutory Trusts (DST’s).
