Bio
Jonathan Senn is a Director with Newmark where he is responsible for the South Florida team. He is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the transaction process including valuation, negotiations, due diligence and closings, in addition to fostering new and existing client relationships.
Over his career, Jonathan has been involved in the sale of over $3 billion of multifamily and $500 million of commercial assets including land and office properties. This is in addition to experience structuring joint venture arrangements, including raising equity for the vertical development of new apartment communities.
Prior to joining Newmark K, he was an Associate with the Capital Markets Group of Avison Young (previously Flagler Real Estate Services).
Mr. Senn earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Florida International University. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and a member of the University of Florida - Friends and Alumni of Real Estate.
