Bio
Jonathan Tootell joined L&L Holdings in December 2023 after serving as the New York City market lead at Squarefoot. Tootell comes to L&L with two decades of experience in the New York commercial leasing markets spanning a variety of leading brokerage firms and project types.
As Executive Vice President of Leasing, Tootell oversees a portfolio stretching across eight million square feet of space that L&L currently owns and operates in Manhattan.
Before Squarefoot, Jonathan served as a partner in Transwestern's New York office, overseeing Agency Leasing in Manhattan. Before, he served as managing director for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as an accomplished landlord representative.
Jonathan is a licensed salesperson in New York. He is also a member of The Real Estate Board of New York and the 2015 Chairman of The Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York.
Jonathan holds a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina, where he double majored in real estate and marketing. He is an avid golfer and slalom water skier.
