Bio
As the Director of Storage Acquisitions, Jonathan leads all acquisition efforts for HPI’s self-storage platform within the Strategic Investments initiative. Prior to joining HPI in 2020, Jonathan most recently served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Leon Capital Group, where he was responsible for site selection and acquisitions for the company’s self-storage platform. During his time with Leon, Jonathan sourced over 1.5M square feet of self-storage projects nationwide. Prior to Leon, Jonathan worked for a private real estate investment firm, where he was an integral part of the self-storage acquisitions team for one of the largest and fastest growing self-storage operators in the country. Jonathan is a licensed attorney in the state of North Carolina.
