Bio
Jordan started his career in at a young age of 16 years old, he joined Hollister as a brand representative, and over the course of 5 years, led to becoming a store manager. His curiosity coupled with experience led to retail became his passion.
Hired with little pay, long hours, and a 2 hour commute each way, he worked for a development company in Los Angeles where he learned the general knowledge of marketing, permitting, finance and lease negotiations shadowing the VP. Soon thereafter, this experience he was fortunate to get a positions with CIM Group, the former owner of Hollywood and Highland, as the company's leasing manager for over 1.2 million square feet of retail space. Initially, leasing kiosks and popups, and then eventually began leasing to Tenants on a permanent basis.
After learning the ins and outs of Landlord representation, he joined RKF who specialized in Tenant representation. RKF headquartered in New York, had a company satellite office in Santa Monica. RKF was a well known firm that represented prominent retail Tenants such as Apple, Sephora, and Ralph Lauren. While there he was involved in alll aspects of Tenant representation, site selection, lease clauses, development, and LOI negotiations.
Being resourceful, persistent, and tenacious, built strong relationships with NBC Universal, Brookfield, Irvine Company, CIM Group, Simon, Taubman, Macerich, Westfield, and Greenland USA.
Jordans notable deals include areas such as Third St. Promenade, Santa Monica, Fashion Island, Newport Beach, Beverly Center, Beverly Hills, Universal CityWalk, and Victoria Gardens. Recently, Metropolis in DTLA where he represented Salons by JC and secured their first location in the greater LA area. His experience in flagship high performing average sales psf areas, regional shopping centers, and indoor/outdoor Retail/Restaurant/Entertainment destinations, Domestic and International tourist districts, gave him a strong foundation to start an independent firm.
