Jordan Van Hoosier is an Associate with CBRE Capital Markets, Investment Properties, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a member of the Investment Properties-SoCal/Phoenix/Vegas team, considered one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the Pacific Western United States. Jordan is responsible for coordinating and implementing business development strategies and generating new business opportunities.
Jordan joined CBRE’s Las Vegas office in 2018 to represent occupiers, landlords and building owners in the leasing and selling of industrial real estate in the Greater Las Vegas area. Prior to CBRE, Jordan was with REMAX Commercial in Downtown Los Angeles, California. At REMAX, he conducted underwriting assignments, performed market analyses and completed leading market research.
Jordan is a former college baseball player for San Diego State University and is a member of NAIOP.
