Based in Austin, Texas, Jordan leverages his deep knowledge of the multifamily sector to provide clients with tailored solutions in real estate investments, capital markets, and acquisitions. Before joining Northmarq, Jordan worked as an Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ from June 2020 to January 2022. In this capacity, he gained significant experience in advising clients on investment opportunities and managing the sale of multifamily properties. His ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively was key to helping clients maximize returns and identify high-potential properties.
Earlier in his career, Jordan developed strong sales and management skills at Smeding Diesel, where he served as both a Sales Representative and Sales Manager from March 2016 to July 2017. His experience in sales and client relationship management has contributed to his exceptional ability to communicate and negotiate in the real estate market.
Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus in Real Estate and Finance from Texas A&M University, where he graduated in 2020. In addition to his academic background, Jordan is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), further solidifying his qualifications in the industry.
