Jordan Williams joined STREAM Capital Partners in early 2021 as a Senior Associate based in the Birmingham, Alabama office. Jordan has extensive experience working as a retail development manager for a national real estate company prior to joining STREAM. Jordan has taken his previous experience to help developers and private buyers maximize the value of their net lease and sale leaseback real estate.
Jordan is an active member of ICSC and is a licensed real estate salesperson. When not working, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and son George.
