Joe has been with CP Partners from the outset, as the first agent brought aboard by the founding partners in 2005. Always a top producer for the firm, Joe focuses on national net lease and strip center property sales. He is a consistent presence at ICSC shows across the country, where he continues to build a national business and meet with both clients and industry associates.
Joe is absolutely relationship driven. His long-standing connections with clients and colleagues are a testament to the warmth and genuine interest he brings to every interaction. Joe prides himself on executing rewarding outcomes for his clients, many of whom have worked with him for a decade or longer. A true rainmaker and connector, Joe grew up in New York, went to college in Virginia, spent years living in California and now resides in New York City.
